She was so friendly, kind, nice, etc.... read more I have never seen a front desk reception as friendly and kind with big smile on her face. Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed after stress of days after losing my crown. Thank you so much Michelle.

They’ll get you in quickly for an emergency. I drive an hour and a half to be seen here because they are that good. The dental assistants are very caring and pretty much will hold your hand if needed. I’ve had a root canal and coming back for more as my teeth require them. I’m very glad I found this place. Dr Kwok is very personal and professional I’m so grateful for this dental experience.

Michelle-at the front desk, Jen-my hygienist, and Sabrina-who scanned my teeth, were all very professional and pleasant. The office had a happy and upbeat vibe that made me conclude that this must be a good place to work. My time with Dr. Kwok was brief, but I am confident that I will be returning to more frequent visits in the future.

Altogether, the staff was welcoming and I think this would be a nice place to take someone who is nervous about dentist visits.

My partner recommended this place to me after he had researched and consulted with what felt like dozens of other dentists in this area. He had a ton of work... read more done last year and was pleased with the service and the prices. I had a check up and cleaning here last year, and now I'm in the process of getting a new crown after Dr. Kwok did my root canal. Getting a root canal is brutal but Dr. Kwok and Cornelius took good care of me and I felt minimal discomfort during the procedure which says a lot because I am admittedly a huge baby when it comes to this stuff. Also Carol is so nice and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and payments. She's nice to talk to! There's another staff member who helped with my procedure but I can't remember her name right now - she's super cool and has a very gentle touch as well! LASTLY - they take their time with you if that's what is needed. And they don't make you wait for your appointment, I always just wait a minute or two after I get there before I'm seen. Good stuff!

Cornelius and Jennifer treated me with respect and were very professional even though they were very busy. I felt like I was their only patient. Dr. Kwok educated me on a variety of ways that I could prevent further gum and enamel damage. I had no idea that what I thought was the best way of doing things was actually harming my teeth!
