We hope all is well.

The world has changed but your dental health and wellbeing still rank#1 with us. You know that your overall wellbeing is connected to your mouth and vice versa. From the meals you enjoy to smiles you share. Now you can safely return to those priorities with visits to Covington Complete Dentistry.

You will notice a few differences:

Better cleaner air: The air in our clinic will be filtered and cleaned with a medical/surgical/industrial grade filter system, and HEPA certified filters that are used in hospitals and large medical facilities. These are the top units in the world, currently not available due to the high demand from the medical sector. Fortunately, Covington Complete Dentistry was able to acquire one beforehand.

A mouth rinse is available before dental treatment.

New Gear: You will notice we will be wearing different protective equipment including face shields and respirators for some dental procedures.

Temperature check: We’ll take your temperature when you arrive for screening purposes.

Hanging out in the car: We kindly ask that you and accompanying family members to wait in your car until we notify you via phone call or text.

Suction: We upgraded our suction system for better visibility and also significantly reduce the amount of aerosol produced during dental procedures.

Due to a shortage of PPE, we ask that patients bring their own masks or face coverings to wear while the staff is not treating you.

These are also a few things behind the scenes:

We have added hand sanitizers throughout the office.

If you suspect you have an illness of any kind or that you may have been exposed we will help you reschedule when you recover.

We disinfect the reception area and other public spaces throughout the day with an atomizer disinfectant machine.

Strict sterilization: we have always and will continue to use strict sterilization and disinfection protocols. Nothing has changed because we have always been going above and beyond.

Currently, we are working hard to reschedule existing patients for their normal appointments that were booked before the shutdown.

We understand that some patients have unique working hours and we are in the process of accommodating those patients’ needs. Call us if you are in that situation.
