Michelle-at the front desk, Jen-my hygienist, and Sabrina-who scanned my teeth, were all very professional and pleasant. The office had a happy and upbeat vibe that made me conclude that this must be a good place to work. My time with Dr. Kwok was brief, but I am confident that I will be returning to more frequent visits in the future.

I had a check up and cleaning here last year, and now I'm in the process of getting a new crown after Dr. Kwok did my root canal. Getting a root canal is brutal but Dr. Kwok and Cornelius took good care of me and I felt minimal discomfort during the procedure which says a lot because I am admittedly a huge baby when it comes to this stuff. Also Carol is so nice and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and payments. She's nice to talk to! There's another staff member who helped with my procedure but I can't remember her name right now - she's super cool and has a very gentle touch as well! LASTLY - they take their time with you if that's what is needed. And they don't make you wait for your appointment, I always just wait a minute or two after I get there before I'm seen. Good stuff!

I would like to talk about how amazing this dental clinic is. Dr. Kwok is an amazing dentist with over 20 years of experience. I have gotten a root canal... read more done recently and it was quick and painless. I've had multiple ones done prior and I would say this procedure was much more efficient and painless compared to the other experiences from other dental clinics. Dr. Kwok also has a crown molding machine, which is new technology that has crowns made from high quality material in less than an hour. I originally came in to get my temporary crown put back in, but he was able to get my crown made and the convenience of it all is amazing !I highly recommend coming to Covington Complete Dentistry for cleanings, root canals and whatever procedures that need to be done. Staff is amazing. They are very polite and professional. Clinic is clean and tidy. Interior decorating is also very appealing. Highly recommend!
