All other dentists and endodontists wanted to push out the appointment several days and/or have consultations first, meanwhile I was dying from pain and already had a root canal referral from Bright Now (whose dentists do NOT perform root canals) which made consultations redundant. Thank God for Dr. Kwok and an insurance broker named Linda who pointed me in his direction during my desperate search!

I've had multiple ones done prior and I would say this procedure was much more efficient and painless compared to the other experiences from other dental clinics. Dr. Kwok also has a crown molding machine, which is new technology that has crowns made from high quality material in less than an hour. I originally came in to get my temporary crown put back in, but he was able to get my crown made and the convenience of it all is amazing !I highly recommend coming to Covington Complete Dentistry for cleanings, root canals and whatever procedures that need to be done. The office had a happy and upbeat vibe that made me conclude that this must be a good place to work.
